Isn’t it a little validating when a doctor tells you they struggle with eating healthy foods? Or when a personal trainer tells you they struggle to wake up on time for the gym? It’s nice to know we’re not alone in the most challenging areas of life and even the pros have to work at it.

I’m Kristina Baker- I have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, I’m a mom, a military spouse, and I know just how hard it is when life demands a lot out of you and your body just can’t seem to keep up. If you want to make sure that your muscles and joints are ready to take on your busy life, I’m here to give you personalized coaching to help you make the most of your limited time.
Knee pain, back pain, and that damn everlasting crick in your neck doesn't seem like credible threats for taking down your life completely, but anyone who has experienced even a few days of symptoms knows just how inconvenient it can be to not feel 100% right.

The fitness programs I provide don’t just recommend burpees and lunges blindly- I use my background in physical therapy to give you the most customized program for how you’re feeling NOW. In addition to customized programs to challenge your fitness, you also get personalized recommendations to help get your body on the mend and back on the move. Burpees don’t help anyone when your back is in pain- my programs evaluate exactly how your feeling and give you feedback on mobility and stretching to get your body back into fighting shape.
